Ness-Tech® Chrome Billet Forward Controls for Softail®
Models
This design works with the FXST-style factory master cylinder for a clean, simple
installation. Controls accept standard male mount footpegs and use shift pegs for both
shifter and brake. Finish them off with a set of Ness-Tech® chrome-billet footpegs, shift
pegs and shifter rod (not included). Kits fit all FXST models from 1984 to present, and
fit FLST models from late 1987 to present if OEM master cylinder (42446-87A) and reservoir
(41804-84A) are installed.

Regency® Chrome-Plated Billet Forward Controls
Imitation is easy, but true innovation in groundbreaking product design is rare. The
Research and Development engineers at Custom Chrome® took the Regency® forward controls
from concept to working drawings, from handmade prototype to revolutionary CNC
manufacturing techniques. The resulting designs are so unique, that they have been
patented - a product that merits installation on only the finest motorcycle in the world -
your all-American Big Twin.
Integral Rear Master Cylinder
The rear master cylinder is a completely integral unit that has no external linkages to
detract from the beauty of the design, The mounting is almost invisible and a near
universal design. When installed with custom brake lines, the master cylinder works on
most Big Twin models originally equipped with rear disc brakes, and most custom
applications using stock-style forward frame mounting lugs.
Integral Side stand and Shifter Mount
On the left side, Regency® design innovation continues. The shifter is designed to fit
all models that use an 'upright' transmission shifter lever. The side stand mount is
completely hidden, yet retains the use of locking 4-speed style kickstands. A perfect
match would be our Mirage® kickstand that blends perfectly with the look of the
Regency™ forward controls.
Finishing Touches
To complete the controls, the Regency® exclusive billet footpegs have an attractive
diamond pattern on an extra-wide foot tread, and are adjustable for a perfect custom fit
and driving position. Included is a chrome-plated billet shifter rod for forward controls,
and chrome-plated hardware.

Chrome Forward Control Kit for Big Twin Models
This affordable kit includes O-ring footpegs and toe pegs, and a 3/4"-bore
chrome master cylinder. The brake pedal and shift lever ride on bronze bushings giving
smoother pedal action, The footpeg supports have female clevis' that will accept most
aftermarket footpegs. Kits include installation instructions, a universal nylon brake line
kit, mounting hardware and a selection of shifter rods.
