QWIKSILVER II™ CARBURETOR KIT
Simple efficient performance is what you will get in the QwikSilver II carburetor. The
QwikSilver II bolts on right out of the box, starts up right away and gives instant
horsepower without having to adjust the jetting .The innovative design features of the
QwikSilver II™. include:
*The QwikSilver II™ has only one moving part, the slide. All the air is metered by
the slide and all the fuel is metered by the needle which is attached to it.
*The QwikSilver II™ needle is the same size from top to bottom allowing for a high
volume of air, moving at the highest velocity creating a vacuum around the backside.of the
needle which draws up the proper amount of fuel for your specific engine and throttle
position.This added vacuum makes an accelerator pump unnecessary.
* The QwikSilver II™ needle has 30 adjustments, in half-thousandth increments, but
will work without rejetting from 0-10,000 feet.
*The QwikSilver II™ meters only one circuit at a time, virtually eliminating flat
spots and overlap, which increases air velocity throughout the rpm range to better
atomize the correct supply of gasoline.
*The QwikSilver II™ has an internal compensation system that automatically adjusts
for rpm, altitude and weather changes.The QwikSilver II offers more horsepower, more
torque, a quicker throttle response, better fuel economy, an easier start, simple tuning,
and is E.P.A. approved. Available with standard or chrome finish for most Big Twin and
Sportster® models 1970-up. Designed to attach to the stock
manifold, each kit comes complete with Carb, air cleaner assembly,cable adapters,
extra needles and complete instructions.
