This kit replaces the troublesome rubber compliance fittings with a rigid mount, aluminum
intake manifold. Designed for use with 1-7/8" or smaller diameter carbs, these kits
will accept S & S, Bendix, Keihin (except CV) and many other aftermarket units with
2-bolt pattern. Kit includes aluminum manifold, mounting flanges, seals and spacers.

BILLET FLANGE TYPE MANIFOLD ADAPTER
This adapter allows the use of a Mikuni HSR-42 or late model OEM CV type carburetor on a
Shovelhead, Panhead, Sportster®, or early Evolution® with 2-bolt flange manifold. Each
unit is CNC machined from billet aluminum and left in a satin finish state.

INTAKE MANIFOLD FOR PANHEADS
This polished aluminum intake manifold is 4-1/4" long with 2-3/4"
center-to-center stud spacing, and adapts Bendix, Tillotson, or Keihin (except CV type)
carburetors to Panhead models 1955-1964. Can also be used to mount Mikuni carburetors when
used with CSI# 040322 flange style adapter is used.
Note: Flange type carburetors may require use of
CSI# 040330 manifold spacers. Some applications may require enlargement of flange mount
holes.

MANIFOLD ADAPTER KIT
These adapters allow almost any possible combination of early (O-ring) or late
(rubberband) manifolds and heads to be converted to the superior sealing 1978-1985 style
rubber band intake seals and clamps. Kit includes 4 standard adapters and 2 stroker
adapters. Standard adapters also work great on damaged O-ring style heads or cylinders.
Stroker adapters convert most O-ring manifolds to stroker length. Note:
