Town Board Idiot Solution: 
Instead of letting American Made Motorcycles be sold in the Town of Stony Point. They have decided to not let any motorcycles be sold in the town of Stony Point. So they closed down the Yamaha dealer also.

I have contacted YAMAHA on several occasions and advised them that a local shop is selling Yamaha Motor Vehicles out of an unauthorized establishment.

The Town of Stony Point does not authorize the sales of New Motor Vehicles at the place in question. The local politicians and or employees of the town of Stony Point are possibly taking payoffs to not enforce the local laws.

The Local Stony Point Government Supervisor can be reached at, Mr. A Douglas Jobson 845- 786-2716. Please call Mr. A Douglas Jobson and ask him why he is allowing the illegal sales of Japanese Imports but will not allow the sales of American Made Motor Vehicles. 

Have advised Yamaha of this situation again on  01-06-2004.

UPS SUCKS: 12-23-2003
My UPS story:

I started shipping with UPS several years ago and my driver Mike L. was always here between 12:00 noon and 2:00 PM.

On May 7th 2003,  I had a package that needed to go out overnite to West Virginia, my invoice # 12340. I called the terminal 3 times to make sure that it would be picked up on time. I was advised that it would definitely be picked up and the driver was notified. 

At 6:00PM my driver shows and refuses to take the overnite package stating that it is to late.

I call the terminal and tell the supervisor that it needs to go, get it out of here even if it doesn't make it overnite it will be on the way. The supervisor states that the driver should take the package, but the driver has already left my building. 

The next day my driver Mike L. states " it isn't a good idea to get the UPS driver in trouble, wouldn't you hate to get you packages late and picked up early".

Over the next 2 months that is what happened, the driver would drop off my packages at 4:00 - 5:00 pm and pickup about 1/2: hour later. So basically no packages would go out until the next day. 

After contacts with my UPS representative and the local terminal supervisor, another month went by and the problem was still not taken care of. 

I am continually asking the UPS National and Local Reps to change my driver, since my UPS driver is purposely dropping my packages off late.

I now ship Fed-Ex, they pickup about 6 PM and the problem is solved. Note that I save thousands of dollars shipping with Fed-Ex, and no hidden costs.

01-27-04 - Driver is across the street having lunch at 11:30 AM - I get my packages at 4:30PM  

 

ORANGE AND ROCKLAND UTILITIES SUCK - Updated: 08-01-2003
We have been waiting for Orange and Rockland Utilities to finish an electrical inspection since March 12, 2003 on one of our units. We have called at least 3 dozen times, we have been promised a call back at least 2 dozen times. We have been hung up on another couple dozen times. The only person that can finalize this inspection is Ms. M. McDowell - toll free (877)434-4100 x 4974 and Fax # (845)577-3587. She has not returned calls and has continued to misrepresent this Multi -Million Dollar company. We have been denied any access to any other supervisors names and then get hung up on. " Come on Guys ", this is the reason for deregulation, monopolies in the power industry should be held accountable for there blatant incompetence and power attitudes and customer abuse's.  Today is 08-01-03, I have been absolutely promised a call back - and nothing again , so Orange and Rockland gains the privilege of being added to our Bad Business Site.   

Notes:

  1. Orange and Rockland Utilities is costing our company "CAS4 Incorporated", an estimated $900.00 a month since March 12, 2003. We will seek reimbursement through the New York State Court System for all lost income once this matter is settled.    

  2. Orange and Rockland Utilities refuses to terminate un-used Utility Accounts.

  3. Orange and Rockland Utilities sends bills for the same accounts that are not in use.

  4. Orange and Rockland Utilities Creates accounts without permission and then bills the party without permission.

  5. Orange and Rockland Utilities Charges late fees on the above accounts.

  6. Orange and Rockland Utilities abuses their power and continues to act in " BAD FAITH" in regards to the above accounts.    

  7. Orange and Rockland Utilities customer service employees will lie to you on the phone then hang up on you.

  8. Orange and Rockland fails to meet their advertisements and produces false documentation. O & R advertises on their bills that if they fail to perform- they will pay you $25.00. CLICK HERE to see the actual statement on their bill. OK, now they say that they will not pay because they are doing the best they can. Let me get this right, 4 months to do an inspection and still no results, this is normal ?

  9. Orange and Rockland Utilities states that they can legally do all of the above because of a alleged shared meter situation which does not exist.

Added 08-12-03: Still no call back, representatives of Orange and Rockland refuse to connect us to a supervisor and hang up on us. 

 

ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO - LOCAL GOVERMENT STICKS IT TO BIKERS

CHILD-PORN or COMPUTER AUTOMATED CALL SYSTEM ASSHOLES
THEY KEEP SENDING PORN EMAIL - AND / OR- AUTO CALLING OUR BUSINESS BY AUTOMATIC COMPUTER DIALING. We have contacted them on several occasions, Faxed Cease and Desist letter on, (04-22-03, 2:19 pm), Phone demands to stop calling made on ( 04-22-03, 1:53 PM, 04-18-03, 3:05 PM EST, 04-16-2003, 5:49Pm EST ),   first they said that we would be taken off there automated calling systems, then said we would not ( 04-22-03). This company continues to harass our company and employees. They are tying up our phone lines and we may not be able to get your order. Please call this company at will ( 800) 694-1113 and express your concern about automated computer harassment scum like they are. 

TRAVELERS INSURANCE SUCKS 02-10-03.
I recently received a cancellation notice - " WHAT " non-payment. Ok so I check my records and the payment was made and the check was cashed.  HHHUUUMMMM - lets make a few calls. Oh, sorry, you needed to pay even more money than was past due on the invoice - we cancelled your policy. You have no insurance and you now have a lapse in coverage.  No,  we will not reinstate your policy even if you pay the extra $90.00 that we say you owe us. Yes you can get another policy, but since you now have a lapse in coverage, the premium will almost 300 percent more.  Sorry that you did not get the previous cancellation notice, we can not help you.    

If this is not an act of " BAD FAITH " I due not know what it is.
What I due know, is that Travelers Insurance Company is screwing people out of money and insurance coverage. Then saying " Go Away - We Do not Want Your Business".

THE GOVERNMENT IS TRYING TO TAKE AWAY YOUR HARLEY.
I recently received a copy of the September 2002 agenda by the Federal Government Environmental Protection Agency. They state that your scoot may is producing more pollution than a SUV. They want your scoot to be environmentally clean and quite. It will be law soon, I suggest you contact your local representative and tell him( her ) ( it ) that there are a whole lot more SUV's on the road than HD's and the idea of taking away the little freedom that you have really sucks. FATHER HATERS SUCK
I recently contacted an agency about their delusional views about " Fathers Rights and Family Court ". This is the response that I received :  "Your child's mother kidnapped him as an infant (4 years ago) and now he's just 5? Where did you get the idea that a woman's baby belongs to YOU? Sounds to me like you yourself injected yourself into the court system unnecessarily in the (fortunately unsuccessful, to date) attempt to take a woman's baby away from her, and that now you are continuing your stalking, controlling and harassing behavior via the internet. "

FAMILY COURT SUCKS
Our government has invested about $500,00.00 in my family court case since 07-28-1998, I have lost about $150,000,00 income. My sons education / college $ has been spent and the bills just keep coming.  My guess is that about $1,000,000.00 directly and or indirectly will be spent on my family court case along before he turns 18 years old.  Is this in the " BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD"?. The best cliché that I have heard is " the New York Family Court System will beat you over the Head, with your own child, until you walk away and or you both get damaged emotionally thus ensuring more job security for the courts and related".

 

NET2PHONE SUCKS
Net2Phone purchased several email company URL's and lets Federal Identity Theft and Federal Credit Card Fraud  proceed through these accounts. The Fraud Department does not return emails to victims or release information about criminals to the victims. These victims identities and Bank accounts get flushed down the toilet and NET2PHONE does not do anything. JLAMB@NET2PHONE.COM is the guy in charge of fraud. He does not returns emails.

 

PAYPAL SUCKS
That's right, buy something on Ebay, give " PAYPAL" lots of your personal and confidential information. If someone questions a part that you sold them, " PAYPAL ", locks your account and refuses to remove your personal and confidential information from there computer systems. That's right, they actually refused to remove my CREDIT CARDS and BANK information from their servers. On May 24th, 2002 at 12:35 AM, EST, Julie at X 5223 told me that here company could not immediately remove my personal information from their digital DATABASE. What would happen if I did that to a customer, the FED's would be putting a lock on my front door. Just Click on this text to read on.
